HE1T Primary Tungsten Tip Scraper Blades

  • Polymer construction with inlaid Tungsten Tip
  • Used in normal and heavy conditions
  • Not to be used with clips
  • All flat belt types
  • The HE1T has a Tungsten Carbide tip moulded inside the polyurethane
  • Only use Tungsten Tip in extreme conditions, i.e.
    • High speed belts
    • Temperature
    • Very abrasive material

  • Polymer construction
  • Used in light and normal conditions
  • Not to be used with clips

The geometry of a secondary scraper is such that Tungsten Tips can be used safely on the belt. The blades may damage clipped joints, so we do not recommend their use in conjunction with clipped joints.

Belt Tracker

Steers a troublesome belt back straight using a five-bearing centre pivot, activated by the weight of the belt running off-centre. Pre-set stops limit the training force allowing it to centralise.

All types of rollers — impact rubber-covered, frames and return rollers — manufactured to comply with BS2890 standards, welded concentrically for increased longevity.

  • Our rollers are manufactured to comply with BS2890 standards
  • The roller shell is cut accurately from steel tubing, the shafts are manufactured from EN1A steel
  • Our bearing housing has a low friction polyurethane multi-lip shaft labyrinth seal with precision deep groove ball bearings that range from 20mm to 35mm diameter. These bearing housings are flame retardant
  • Our tube ends are bored to allow the bearing housing to fit inside the tube then welded with a fully automated process to ensure the rollers are welded concentrically; this gives increased longevity to our rollers

Kwik Clamp

Fixes and adjusts skirt rubber quickly and efficiently, clamping one metre of skirting held securely by its serrated bottom edge.

  • Kwik Clamps can be removed completely by undoing nut and turning "T" bolt to fully remove clamp
  • Clamps 1 metre of skirting which is held securely by the serrated bottom edge of the clamp
  • Simply offer up to the spill plate and weld into position, nothing on inside of spill plates to wear out

Return Belt V Plough

Stops material spillage from damaging the tail drum, with a fully floating design that keeps constant contact with the belt and an adjustable scraping angle for greater efficiency.

  • A return belt plough effectively stops material spillage from damaging the tail drum
  • Depending on the lump size, the rogue material can often cause mis-tracking of the belt carcass
  • Our ploughs are fully floating to accommodate belt undulations and ensure constant contact and pressure with the belt throughout the life of the blade

Adjustable & Easy to Maintain

  • The blade has an adjustable scraping angle for greater efficiency
  • The blade carrier is equipped with an adjustable stop to prohibit the steel carrier from contacting the belt when the blade is worn out
  • When the low friction blade is worn it can be quickly & easily changed
